Agreement

By using FoFit, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

FoFit is operated by Kenan Larry from St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

Fitness and nutrition safety

• FoFit is a general fitness, nutrition, and training tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
• Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you are injured, pregnant, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether an exercise is safe for you.
• Stop an activity if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other warning signs. In an emergency, call emergency services.
• Nutrition estimates, barcode results, photo analysis, and AI suggestions can be wrong. Review them before relying on them.

Accounts and eligibility

• You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity in FoFit.
• Community features are for users who meet the app's age gate. FoFit may restrict or remove community access for safety reasons.
• You may delete your account in-app from Settings > Profile & Account > Delete account or by contacting support.

Cypher AI

• Cypher generates suggestions from AI providers and FoFit context. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
• You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before following them. Do not use Cypher for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
• FoFit may refuse, limit, or change AI features to improve safety, reliability, abuse prevention, or cost control.

Community, reels, and user content

• You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant FoFit permission to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the app.
• Community posts, reels, and uploaded media are public-facing once posted or approved. Audience controls affect where FoFit displays the content in-app; they do not turn copied raw media URLs into private vault links.
• Do not post harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, private information, unsafe instructions, spam, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to share.
• FoFit may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve reports, or block access when needed for safety, legal compliance, or App Store review.
• Reports, blocks, and mutes are safety tools. A report does not guarantee automatic removal; FoFit may review context first.

Permissions, third-party services, and purchases

• Some features require Apple Health, camera, photo library, microphone, notification, or location permissions. You can revoke permissions in device settings, but related features may stop working.
• FoFit relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Apple, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Sentry, PostHog, Expo/EAS, and, if paid features are enabled, RevenueCat and Apple purchase services.
• The current launch build should not require a paid subscription to use core features. If paid features are enabled later, purchase and restore behavior must be shown before checkout.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, attack, scrape, overload, or abuse FoFit or its backend.
• Do not use FoFit to harm yourself or others, violate laws, impersonate people, or bypass safety gates.
• Do not upload malware, private data about others, or content that violates another person's rights.

Changes, suspension, and availability

FoFit may change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves, especially preview, AI, community, beta, or launch-gated surfaces. FoFit may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create safety or abuse risks.

Disclaimers and liability

FoFit is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FoFit disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. FoFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
